- Aromatic base : Chopped onions, garlic and fresh herbs (parsley and coriander).
- Vegetables : Diced potatoes and peas.
- Spices : Curry powder, ginger, chili pepper and salt.
- Leaves : Sheets of samosa dough or pastry sheets.
- Sealing paste : A mixture of flour and water (to serve as glue).

Preparation Steps
1. Prepare the meat stuffing:
- Saute the chopped onions and garlic in a pan until translucent.
- Add the ground beef and brown it well.
- Season with curry, ginger, chilli and salt to create a flavorful base.
2. Add vegetables and herbs:
- Add the diced potatoes and peas. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Finish by adding the freshly chopped parsley and coriander, then remove from the heat and let the mixture cool.
3. The folding process:
- Lay out a strip of dough. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on one end.
- Fold the corner over the stuffing to form a triangle, then continue folding along the strip, maintaining the triangular shape.
4. Seal:
- Apply a small amount of the dough (flour-water) to the last edge of the dough to seal the samosa.
5. Frying:
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the samosas in batches until they turn a golden brown color and are crispy on all sides.
6. Serve:
- Drain excess oil on absorbent paper and serve hot
